Workday appoints Yen Yen Tan to APAC International Advisory Board

Seasoned Technology Veteran will Bolster Workday’s Regional Growth Strategy and Drive AI-Led Transformation for ASEAN Organisations

Singapore, February 23, 2026Workday, Inc. (NASDAQ: WDAY), the enterprise AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, announced the appointment of Yen Yen Tan to its APAC International Advisory Board (IAB), effective today. The strategic appointment comes as Workday expands its AI impact across Southeast Asia, enabling organisations to accelerate their AI roadmaps in a new era of work.

The Workday APAC IAB comprises a select group of highly experienced, external senior executives who work closely with the Workday APAC leadership team to help organisations navigate the future of work. Leveraging her deep operational expertise and strong network across ASEAN boardrooms and across the region, Yen Yen will support businesses in realising their AI roadmap and enabling true innovation across the organisation.

Based in Singapore, Yen Yen brings over three decades of senior executive and advisory experience at global technology companies including Vodafone, Oracle and HP. She has also held numerous independent non-executive roles across public and private organisations globally. Currently, Yen Yen sits on the boards of organisations including OCBC Bank, Jardine Cycle & Carriage, ams-OSRAM AG and EdgeConnex Inc. Her previous board appointments include Defence Science & Technology Singapore, Singapore Press Holdings, as well as European companies Barry Callebaut AG and Gemalto NV.
