Senior finance industry leader, Gerard Lee, brings four decades of strategic business experience to Workday’s customers and regional leadership

Workday welcomes Gerard Lee, one of Singapore’s most experienced and respected finance industry leaders, to its APAC International Advisory Board (IAB). With four decades of experience in asset management, wealth management, and finance, Gerard has held multiple CEO positions throughout his career, including at Lion Global Investors and Fullerton Fund Management, and has contributed his expertise to the investment committees of several key Singapore government ministries.

The Workday APAC IAB was formed to help business leaders in the region navigate the transformation to the future of work and address forces shaping workforce productivity, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), demographic shifts, and climate urgency.

Gerard joins Marianne Perkovic, one of Australia’s top corporate financial leaders, on the Workday APAC IAB.

Gerard said: “My passion is helping businesses unlock their growth potential. In today's competitive landscape, that means prioritising employee experience and productivity. I'm delighted to join Workday APAC’s International Advisory Board and provide value for organisations looking to thrive in this dynamic region."

Simon Tate, President of Workday APAC, said, “We warmly welcome Gerard to the IAB. His expertise and deep understanding of business strategy at the highest levels will be invaluable in helping organisations manage their people and money as they prepare for the future of work.”
